Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Nutmeg Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Pepper Powder
  • 2 Tsp Italian Herbs
  • 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Mix 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp chili powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, curry powder, pepper powder, Italian herbs, and soya sauce in a small bowl
  • Saute the minced garlic and ginger on melted butter for 5 minutes. Keep the heat medium-high
  • Once the garlic and ginger are sauteed well, add lemon juice, onion, and chopped fresh parsley. Now stir them to mix and cook for another 5 minutes
  • Now add the prepared spice mixture that you made in step one and stir to mix them well
  • Now add 1 cup of water
  • This time, add brown sugar, another remaining 1 tbsp of chili powder, and another remaining 1 tbsp of garlic powder. Now mix everything properly and let the mixture boil for 10 minutes
  • Once the mixture gets a good color and thick texture, it’s ready to heat off the stove
  • Pour the sauce into a bowl and serve

Notes

  • We applied huge chili that can be troubling for you unless you’re used to that heat level. Apply the chili powder as per your heat preference
  • You can add mint instead of parsley as flavor influencing agent
You can store the Angry Crab trifecta sauce for up to 2 weeks in the fridge
