Mix 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp chili powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, curry powder, pepper powder, Italian herbs, and soya sauce in a small bowl
Saute the minced garlic and ginger on melted butter for 5 minutes. Keep the heat medium-high
Once the garlic and ginger are sauteed well, add lemon juice, onion, and chopped fresh parsley. Now stir them to mix and cook for another 5 minutes
Now add the prepared spice mixture that you made in step one and stir to mix them well
Now add 1 cup of water
This time, add brown sugar, another remaining 1 tbsp of chili powder, and another remaining 1 tbsp of garlic powder. Now mix everything properly and let the mixture boil for 10 minutes
Once the mixture gets a good color and thick texture, it’s ready to heat off the stove
Pour the sauce into a bowl and serve
