Take a saucepan. Combine white wine, white vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, and Dijon mustard. Stir everything to mix.
Now add garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, salt, and ground cloves. Stir everything again.
Put the saucepan over a medium heat. Let the mixture simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, stir the mixture occasionally until it thickens.
Taste and see if you need to adjust the seasonings.
Let the sauce cool and transfer it to a clean jar. You can store it in the refrigerator.
