  • 1 Cup Vodka
  • 1 Cup Cooking Oil
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Cans Tomato Ketchup 28 Ounce
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream

Method
 

  1. Saute the garlic and onion for 5 minutes
  2. This time add vodka and stir for 5 minutes
  3. Now add ketchup and stir for 30 minutes
  4. Once the sauce is thickend, add heavy cream and give it a stir for another 30 minutes
