Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Coconut Cream
  • 2-3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • A Pinch Salt

Method
 

  1. Chill a can of full-fat coconut milk overnight. Scoop out only the thick cream.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend or whisk until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or tang as needed.
  4. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
