Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Piece Medium Cucumber
  • 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Herbs Parsley, Mint, and Dill
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon White wine vinegar Optional

Method
 

  1. Collect all required ingredients
  2. Wash the cucumber and grate the cucumber. Squeeze the grated cucumber and remove excess water
  3. Mince the fresh garlic and chopped the herbs
  4. Combine the yogurt, grated cucumber, and chopped herbs into a bowl
  5. Stir the mixture nicely
  6. Now, season the mixture with olive oil, salt, pepper, and white wine vinegar.
  7. Stir the mixture to get a smooth sauce
  8. Then, you can add some water if you want to loosen the thickness of the sauce
  9. Lastly, chill the sauce for 30 minutes. It will help to melt all flavors together
  10. Place the sauce in a bowl and garnish it using olive oil and fresh herbs
