  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon White wine vinegar Optional

  • Collect all required ingredients
  • Wash the cucumber and grate the cucumber. Squeeze the grated cucumber and remove excess water
