- 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Dried Crushed Rosemary
- 1 Tsp Dried Thyme Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Rubbed Sage
- 1/2 Tsp Celery Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
At first, collect all the require spices and herbs.
Then put them into a large bowl.
Finally, mix the ingredients properly.
The turkey dry rub is redy for use.
Rub the mixture on & under the turkey. Then cook it as you want.
You can store the access dry rub into an air tight glass jar.
