Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Rosemary Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Prepared Horseradish Optional
  • 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika Optional
  • 1 Pinch Red Chili Flakes Optional

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and rosemary. Stir and sauté for 1–2 minutes until aromatic.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm in small bowls for dipping.
