In a saucepan, combine hot sauce, tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, and Worcestershire. Whisk until smooth.
Stir in spices: garlic, onion, paprika, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Simmer on low for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Cool slightly, then store in a clean jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
