Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Texas Pete Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine hot sauce, tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, and Worcestershire. Whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in spices: garlic, onion, paprika, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer on low for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Cool slightly, then store in a clean jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
