Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili
  • ½ Cup Rice Vinegar
  • Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • ½ Cup Water

Instructions

  • Mix soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and chilis in a saucepan
  • Now bring the mixture to a boil in a medium-low heat for 5 minutes
  • Add cornstarch mixture and keep stirring for 10 more minutes
  • Once you get your desired consistency, you should heat off the stove
  • Let the sauce cool for 20 minutes
  • Once it’s cold, store it in a jar and refrigerate
