- 1 Tsp Garlic
- 1 Tsp Red Chili
- ½ Cup Rice Vinegar
- ⅓ Cup Sugar
- 2 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- ½ Cup Water
Mix soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and chilis in a saucepan
Now bring the mixture to a boil in a medium-low heat for 5 minutes
Add cornstarch mixture and keep stirring for 10 more minutes
Once you get your desired consistency, you should heat off the stove
Let the sauce cool for 20 minutes
Once it’s cold, store it in a jar and refrigerate
