Method
- Mix soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and chilis in a saucepan
- Now bring the mixture to a boil in a medium-low heat for 5 minutes
- Add cornstarch mixture and keep stirring for 10 more minutes
- Once you get your desired consistency, you should heat off the stove
- Let the sauce cool for 20 minutes
- Once it’s cold, store it in a jar and refrigerate
