- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Butter
- 1 Cup Allulose
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Optional
First, take a saucepan. Mix cocoa, allulose, and salt in it.
Slowly add water and whisk the mixture to avoid any clumps.
Put the saucepan over a medium heat. Once it boils, let it simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat. Put vanilla and butter in it. Stir the mixture again.
Let the mixture cool down at room temperature. Now, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
