Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Butter
  • 1 Cup Allulose
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Optional

Instructions

  • First, take a saucepan. Mix cocoa, allulose, and salt in it.
  • Slowly add water and whisk the mixture to avoid any clumps.
  • Put the saucepan over a medium heat. Once it boils, let it simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat. Put vanilla and butter in it. Stir the mixture again.
  • Let the mixture cool down at room temperature. Now, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
