- 2 Tablespoons Chipotle Peppers
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Place the chipotle chiles in a small blender and puree until smooth.
In a small bowl, combine the peppers, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine completely.
Place in an airtight container or squeeze bottle, and chill overnight.
