- 6 Oz Tomato Paste
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4-1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Small Jalapeño Optional, Finely Diced
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Optional: In a small saucepan, sauté diced jalapeño in a splash of oil for 2–3 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients to the pan. Whisk to combine.
Bring to a low simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasoning (vinegar, sugar, spice).
Let cool, then bottle and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
