- ½ Cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 Clove Garlic
- ½-1 Teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
- 3-6 Tablespoons Warm Water
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the water
Until the mixture is smooth and well combined, whisk it rapidly
To thin it out, gradually add 1 tablespoon of warm water at a time
Once the consistency is what you want, stop adding
This recipe makes about ¾ cup of sauce (equal to 12 teaspoons)
