Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • ½-1 Teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 3-6 Tablespoons Warm Water

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the water
  2. Until the mixture is smooth and well combined, whisk it rapidly
  3. To thin it out, gradually add 1 tablespoon of warm water at a time
  4. Once the consistency is what you want, stop adding
  5. This recipe makes about ¾ cup of sauce (equal to 12 teaspoons)
