- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the water
- Until the mixture is smooth and well combined, whisk it rapidly
- To thin it out, gradually add 1 tablespoon of warm water at a time
- Once the consistency is what you want, stop adding
- This recipe makes about ¾ cup of sauce (equal to 12 teaspoons)
