Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts Boneless & Skinless Pieces
  • 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 8 Oz Fettuccine Pasta You Can Use Any Pasta of Your Choice
  • 4 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Small size Chopped Onion
  • ½ Cup Chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup Chicken Broth Low-sodium Recommended
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Roughly Chopped Spinach
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ½ Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to Your Spice Preference
  • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Black Pepper To taste
  • Fresh Basil or Parsley For garnishing
  • Extra Parmesan Cheese For garnishing

Instructions

  • First, collect, measure, and prepare all required ingredients
  • Secondly, boil the pasta for 10 minutes
  • Then, drain the pasta and reserve some pasta water for future use
  • Thirdly, you need to cook the chicken. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Then cook the chicken breast over medium heat for 5 – 7 minutes each side. Then, cool the chicken and cut into thin strips.
  • Next, you have to prepare the sauce. Heat remaining olive oil and cook chopped onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Add the broth and simmer for a few minutes. Then reduce the heat and add cream and cheese to the sauce.
  • Now, combine pasta, chicken, and spinach.
  • Then, seasoning the pasta with seasoning ingredients.
  • Pour the pasta in a bowl and garnish with fresh basil and grated cheese
  • Lastly serve the pasta and enjoy
