Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts Boneless & Skinless Pieces
  • 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 8 Oz Fettuccine Pasta You Can Use Any Pasta of Your Choice
  • 4 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Small size Chopped Onion
  • ½ Cup Chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup Chicken Broth Low-sodium Recommended
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Roughly Chopped Spinach
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ½ Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to Your Spice Preference
  • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Black Pepper To taste
  • Fresh Basil or Parsley For garnishing
  • Extra Parmesan Cheese For garnishing

Method
 

  1. First, collect, measure, and prepare all required ingredients
  2. Secondly, boil the pasta for 10 minutes
  3. Then, drain the pasta and reserve some pasta water for future use
  4. Thirdly, you need to cook the chicken. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Then cook the chicken breast over medium heat for 5 – 7 minutes each side. Then, cool the chicken and cut into thin strips.
  5. Next, you have to prepare the sauce. Heat remaining olive oil and cook chopped onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Add the broth and simmer for a few minutes. Then reduce the heat and add cream and cheese to the sauce.
  6. Now, combine pasta, chicken, and spinach.
  7. Then, seasoning the pasta with seasoning ingredients.
  8. Pour the pasta in a bowl and garnish with fresh basil and grated cheese
  9. Lastly serve the pasta and enjoy
