Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups Cooked Short Grain Rice
  • 5.29 Oz Canned Tuna
  • 2 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon Japanese Mayo
  • ¾ Teaspoon Regular Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • Cup Korean Seaweed Snack
  • ½ Cup Cucumber
  • 2 Sheets Nori

Instructions

  • Pour heated rice into a large bowl after cooking
  • Cover cold leftover cooked rice and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes until heated
  • To flavor hot rice, add soy sauce and sesame oil with a rice paddle. Cover to warm
  • Scoop as much liquid as possible from the tuna using a fine sieve and a fork
  • Divide half the strained tuna over the rice, or use all of it
  • Add thinly sliced cucumbers to tuna
  • Add additional kewpie mayo and sriracha sauce to taste
  • Sprinkle roasted seaweed flakes on top to finish
  • Alternatively, scoop some of the combined rice onto a tiny nori square and enjoy
