Pour heated rice into a large bowl after cooking
Cover cold leftover cooked rice and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes until heated
To flavor hot rice, add soy sauce and sesame oil with a rice paddle. Cover to warm
Scoop as much liquid as possible from the tuna using a fine sieve and a fork
Divide half the strained tuna over the rice, or use all of it
Add thinly sliced cucumbers to tuna
Add additional kewpie mayo and sriracha sauce to taste
Sprinkle roasted seaweed flakes on top to finish
Alternatively, scoop some of the combined rice onto a tiny nori square and enjoy
