  • 2 Packs Ramen Noodles
  • 4 Cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Paste
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs Boiled
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 2 Stalks Green Onions Sliced
  • 1 Cup Protein Chicken, Tofu or Shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds Optional

Instructions

  • Check the ingredient list and collect all the required ingredients.
  • First, cook the noodles in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then drain the water.
  • Secondly, cook the chicken, tofu, or shrimp and sauté the vegetables nicely.
  • After that, sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger in a saucepan and add chili paste, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
  • Cook them for a minute.
  • Then, add the broth and bring a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
