Ingredients

  • 500 Gram Edamame
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Hot Spicy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Cook the edamame for 15 minutes in medium low heat.
  • Soak water nce the soybeans are cooked.
  • Now mix all the spices and coat well.
  • Top the sesame seeds and serve.
  • You’re done.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic and onion paste to get more flavor and enhanced taste.
  • You can add nutritional yeast instead of cheese. It will make the recipe yummy yet lighter, unlike the cheese does.
  • Sesame oil can be an alternative option if you have no butter.
  • To get the best result, you can fry the sesame seeds in a pan on low heat. Fry them for 1 to 2 minutes. But make sure you don’t overfry the sesame seeds. Otherwise, it will distaste your dish.
