  • 1-2 Tsp Chili fFlakes or Chopped Fresh Chili
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • A Handful Chopped Fresh Cilantro For Garnishing

Method
 

  1. Check the ingredient list and collect all the required ingredients.
  2. Wash the cucumbers and slice them thinly or in half-moon shapes.
  3. After that, prepare the salad dressing by combining minced garlic, chili flakes, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and salt into a bowl. Mix well until the sugar dissolve nicely.
  4. Then, add the cucumber slices into the bowl and toss them well to coat with the dressing.
