Ingredients

  • 400 g Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1  Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Powder

Instructions

  • Set the oven's temperature to 220°C (430°F) to start
  • Wash the potatoes well, then use a sharp knife or mandolin to cut them into thin rounds or chips
  • Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl, making sure the oil and spices coat them equally. For the best flavor dispersion, mix well
  • Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl and toss them around in the spice mixture until evenly covered
  • Arrange the slices of seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven that has been warmed, and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. To guarantee even cooking, flip them halfway during the baking period
  • Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes after they are done baking
  • Serve the hot chips as a tempting snack or as an accompaniment to your favorite dip or sauce
