Ingredients

  • 500 Gram Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion Medium
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 2-3 Jalapeno
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 400 Gram Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Red Kidney Keans
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth

Instructions

  • Collect and measure all the required ingredients.
  • Chop onion, and jalapenos, and mince the garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion, garlic, and jalapeños; sauté until fragrant and golden.
  • Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon and cook until browned.
  • Stir in tomato paste and mix well.
  • Add crushed tomatoes and kidney beans. Give a nice mixture.
  • Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour in broth and stir to combine.
  • Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Taste the chili and adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve hot chili with your favorite dishes like rice, bread, tortilla chips.
