Mix the marinade ingredients in a large bowl
Marinate the chicken in a plastic bag or a bowl and cover
Pre-marinate for 10 minutes in the fridge before cooking
When ready to fry, heat oil in a big pan on medium-high
Cook for 4–5 minutes after adding peppers
Add ginger and garlic and sauté 1 minute
Add the chicken and reserve the marinade, then stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until done
Pour the sauce over cooked chicken and boil for 10 minutes to blend flavors
This can be eaten alone or with rice
Use chile flakes, sesame seeds, and fresh herbs for garnish
