Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 3 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Fresh Ginger
  • ¾ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Chopped Herbs
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds

Method
 

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Marinate the chicken in a plastic bag or a bowl and cover
  3. Pre-marinate for 10 minutes in the fridge before cooking
  4. When ready to fry, heat oil in a big pan on medium-high
  5. Cook for 4–5 minutes after adding peppers
  6. Add ginger and garlic and sauté 1 minute
  7. Add the chicken and reserve the marinade, then stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until done
  8. Pour the sauce over cooked chicken and boil for 10 minutes to blend flavors
  9. This can be eaten alone or with rice
  10. Use chile flakes, sesame seeds, and fresh herbs for garnish
