Method
- Marinate chicken in a mixture of buttermilk, Sriracha, garlic powder, and paprika for at least 4 hours or overnight
- Coat marinated chicken in seasoned flour and shake off excess
- Fry in hot oil (375°F/190°C) until golden and crispy, about 12-15 minutes
- Serve with a side of ranch or additional Sriracha for extra spice
