- 1.5 to 2 lbs Chicken drumsticks or wings About 6-8 pieces
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 Cup All-purpose flour
- 3-4 Cups Vegetable oil
Marinate chicken in a mixture of buttermilk, Sriracha, garlic powder, and paprika for at least 4 hours or overnight
Coat marinated chicken in seasoned flour and shake off excess
Fry in hot oil (375°F/190°C) until golden and crispy, about 12-15 minutes
Serve with a side of ranch or additional Sriracha for extra spice
