Ingredients

  • Pounds Cooked Seafood Mix
  • 1 Cup Lime Juice
  • 2 Roma (Plum) Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion Small
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Avocado

Instructions

  • Mix the seafood and lime juice in a large non-metal bowl
  • Let it settle for 10 minutes
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes after adding chopped tomatoes and onion
  • Mix tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl
  • Whisk in Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes, add half the tomato paste with the fish
  •  Cover remaining tomato paste-fish
  • Refrigerate them for 30 minutes
  • After another half hour, add the leftover tomato paste mixture, stir gently, cover, and refrigerate
  • Stir the ceviche gently with chopped avocado and cilantro before serving
