Mix mustard seeds, vinegar, and beer in a large mixing bowl
Stir thoroughly. Transfer to a large jar and cover
To allow the seeds to absorb the liquid, place the jar in a dry place for at least 12 hours
The combo appears to be mustard seeds floating in liquid, however you will notice that the seeds become larger
Add salt and habanero peppers, and stir
Stir thoroughly
Transfer to a food processor and process according to your preference
To preserve the majority of the seeds, treat a tiny portion or fully blend them
I kept some seeds in mine after processing it to about 80%
Transfer the mustard to a sterile jar and proceed to serve!
