Method
- Cut tuna into 1-inch chunks. To enhance spicy mayonnaise flavor
- Mix tuna, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, one sliced scallion, and chopped red onions in a bowl
- Let chill for 30 minutes
- Mix the mayo, sriracha, and remaining chopped scallions to make spicy mayo
- Carefully swirl the spicy mayo mixture into the cooled tuna until evenly coated
- Serve alone or with rice!
