- 1 Lb Ahi Tuna Steak
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- ½ Tbsp Sesame Oil
- ¼ Cup Red Onion
- 2 Scallions, Finely Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1-2 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
Cut tuna into 1-inch chunks. To enhance spicy mayonnaise flavor
Mix tuna, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, one sliced scallion, and chopped red onions in a bowl
Let chill for 30 minutes
Mix the mayo, sriracha, and remaining chopped scallions to make spicy mayo
Carefully swirl the spicy mayo mixture into the cooled tuna until evenly coated
Serve alone or with rice!
