Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ahi Tuna Steak
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion
  • 2 Scallions, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce

Instructions

  • Cut tuna into 1-inch chunks. To enhance spicy mayonnaise flavor
  • Mix tuna, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, one sliced scallion, and chopped red onions in a bowl
  • Let chill for 30 minutes
  • Mix the mayo, sriracha, and remaining chopped scallions to make spicy mayo
  • Carefully swirl the spicy mayo mixture into the cooled tuna until evenly coated
  • Serve alone or with rice!
