First, prepare the peaches by removing the peel, applying blanching, and slicing the peaches. You can avoid slicing, if you want to preserve the whole peaches.
You can coat the slices of peaches or whole peeled peached with lemon juice to prevent browning reaction of peaches.
Secondly, prepare the peach syrup using water, sugar, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, lemon juice, and ginger powder.
Now, complete the canning process. Sterilize the jars and lids by water bathing.
Fill the jar with hot syrup and then seal the jar properly.
After sealing again apply water bathing to ensure no microorganisms growth.
Then, store the jar at dark, cool, dry place and avoid direct exposure of sunlight
