- 10-12 Red Chilli Peppers
- 1 Cup White Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Water
Clean the chilies (remove seeds for less spice).
Blend all the ingredients until You get a smooth paste.
Cook the blended sauce for 10-15 minutes.
Let it cool, and transfer it into a jar.
