Method
- Sear short ribs in olive oil until browned. Separate from the pot for a while.
- Saute onion and garlic, then deglaze with wine.
- Add broth, thyme, bay leaves, and short ribs. Braise for 2-3 hours.
- Shred short rib meat and add heavy cream to the braising liquid. Simmer to thicken.
- Cook pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve while hot.
