  • 2 Cups Shishito Peppers
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Toppings

  • Lime Wedges
  • Soy Dipping Sauce
  • Chili Flakes
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  • Put the pan on the stove in medium-high heat.
  • Let the pan hot and then give the oil snd peppers afterward.
  • Roast the peppers for 3 minutes each side.
  • Once the peppers are roasted, transfer them into a bowl and top with either lemon zest, parmesan cheese, or chili mayo.
