- 3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- ½ Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Shallot, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
Put ½ cup butter in a large saucepan. Saute minced garlic and shallot until golden brown and aromatic
Add Cajun seasoning, old bay seasoning, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Stir together and cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat
Add chicken broth and the remaining butter. Cook for 10 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached
Remove from heat. Add lemon juice and fresh herbs. Your spicy boil dipping sauce is ready to serve. Mix the sauce with your favorite seafood boil or enjoy it as a dipping sauce. The choice is yours
