Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Shallot, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

Instructions

  • Put ½ cup butter in a large saucepan. Saute minced garlic and shallot until golden brown and aromatic
  • Add Cajun seasoning, old bay seasoning, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Stir together and cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat
  • Add chicken broth and the remaining butter. Cook for 10 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached
  • Remove from heat. Add lemon juice and fresh herbs. Your spicy boil dipping sauce is ready to serve. Mix the sauce with your favorite seafood boil or enjoy it as a dipping sauce. The choice is yours
