- 1 Stick Butter
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2-5 Dashes Hot Sauce I Use Valentina
- 2-3 Dashes Bottled Bbq Sauce
- 1-2 Dashes Lime Juice
- 1 Can Beer
- 1 Can Chicken
- 1½ Tbsp Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Chicken
- 1/2 Tbsp Onion
- 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tsp Powdered Mustard
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 4-5 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
Stir the onions and garlic around a lot in the pan while you cook them until they become clear and soft
Stir the sauce ingredients together until the sauce just begins to boil
Cook the sauce at medium-low heat for 20 to 25 minutes
Let the sauce cool down until it's barely warm
If you like the taste of onion and garlic in it, you can use it directly
To make the sauce smooth, place it in a blender, make sure the lid is tight, and mix on high speed until smooth
It is best to leave this sauce to sit overnight (24 hours is best for flavor)
