Method
- Wash and prepare the garlic and red chilli peppers.
- Blend chilli, garlic, sugar, and water until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Pour the paste in a saucepan and add vinegar and lemon juice to it. Let the paste simmer for 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat.
- Now add xanthan gum if you want for more thickness.
- Let the sauce cool down and then transfer it to a sterilized bottle or jar. You can store it in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
