Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Salted Red Chilli Peppers
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Xanthan Gum

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare the garlic and red chilli peppers.
  • Blend chilli, garlic, sugar, and water until it becomes a smooth paste.
  • Pour the paste in a saucepan and add vinegar and lemon juice to it. Let the paste simmer for 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat.
  • Now add xanthan gum if you want for more thickness.
  • Let the sauce cool down and then transfer it to a sterilized bottle or jar. You can store it in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
