- 1 Cup Salted Red Chilli Peppers
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Xanthan Gum
Wash and prepare the garlic and red chilli peppers.
Blend chilli, garlic, sugar, and water until it becomes a smooth paste.
Pour the paste in a saucepan and add vinegar and lemon juice to it. Let the paste simmer for 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat.
Now add xanthan gum if you want for more thickness.
Let the sauce cool down and then transfer it to a sterilized bottle or jar. You can store it in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
