- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Louisiana Style Hot Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
- 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Pickle Juice (Or Use Vinegar)
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper Minced (Optional)
- 1 Small Shallot
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- ½ Lemon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Creole Seasoning Blend
- Cayenne Pepper To Taste
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients
To make a smoother remoulade sauce, mix them in a food processor or blender
Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to combine
Serve!
