Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Louisiana Style Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Pickle Juice (Or Use Vinegar)
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper Minced (Optional)
  • 1 Small Shallot
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • ½ Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Creole Seasoning Blend
  • Cayenne Pepper To Taste
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients
  • To make a smoother remoulade sauce, mix them in a food processor or blender
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to combine
  • Serve!
