Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tsp Minced Onion or Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Luice
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp Fresh Thyme or Rosemary Finely Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper As per taste

Method
 

  1. Gently heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and onion, and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Remove from heat, then stir in lemon juice and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  4. Add thyme or rosemary, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  5. Let the sauce cool, then drizzle over or toss with asparagus before serving.
