Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Red Cayenne Peppers
  • 1 Cup Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1.5 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar Optional
  • Tsp Sodium Benzoate Optional

Method
 

  1. Remove the stems and chop the peppers neatly.
  2. Combine the chopped pepper, salt, vinegar, water, and sugar in a blender.
  3. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture for a smoother texture.
  5. Bottle it and serve with your favourite dishes.
