- 1 Cup Red Cayenne Peppers
- 1 Cup Distilled White Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1.5 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar Optional
- ⅛ Tsp Sodium Benzoate Optional
Remove the stems and chop the peppers neatly.
Combine the chopped pepper, salt, vinegar, water, and sugar in a blender.
Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Strain the mixture for a smoother texture.
Bottle it and serve with your favourite dishes.
