Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Espresso powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • ½ Teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 1 Tablespoon White sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Whipped cream
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Boil milk on low flame until frothy. Brew the Espresso
  • In another saucepan add pumpkin puree, sugar, and spices. Whisk together very well on low heat
  • Put the pumpkin spice mixture and brewed Espresso on two coffee mugs. Add vanilla extract, salt, and the frothy milk. Whisk gently
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder. Garnish it with a cinnamon stick. Your mug of pure love is ready to serve!
