Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tsp Minced Ginger
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes Optional
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp Water

Method
 

  1. Take a saucepan and put pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper into it.
  2. Cook all these ingredients for 5 to 6 minutes over a medium heat.
  3. Now, take a separate bowl. Make a slurry in it with cornstarch and water.
  4. Pour the slurry into the sauce. Stir the mixture and let it cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Once the sauce cooks completely, transfer it to an airtight jar, and store it in the refrigerator.
