Method
- Take a saucepan and put pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper into it.
- Cook all these ingredients for 5 to 6 minutes over a medium heat.
- Now, take a separate bowl. Make a slurry in it with cornstarch and water.
- Pour the slurry into the sauce. Stir the mixture and let it cook until the sauce thickens.
- Once the sauce cooks completely, transfer it to an airtight jar, and store it in the refrigerator.
