Method
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and save
- Add rice ingredients to the rice cooker to begin cooking
- Mix chicken and cornstarch in a large bowl
- Heat canola oil on medium-high in a large skillet
- Add the chicken to the hot oil and stir-fry for 6–7 minutes until done and browned
- Mix sauce with chicken and serve over rice
- Add sesame seeds and green onions as garnish
- Then serve and enjoy
