  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • ½ Teaspoon Hot Dried Chilli Flakes
  • ¼ Cup Lime Juice
  • ¼ Cup  White Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Coriander

  • Although nam jim sauce has a hot taste sensation, you can control the heat level by saving the seeds and adding them slowly after tasting
