- 8 Ounces Mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp White Wine Optional
- 1/4 Cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1 Tsp Fresh Herbs Optional
- Salt and Pepper As per taste
Saute the mushrooms in butter until soft and browned.
Add garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and broth, simmer until thickened.
Add herbs, salt, and pepper. Serve over salmon.
