Let’s tell you how to make creamy mushroom sauce for salmon at home from my personal experience. Perfect for enhancing your favourite fish dishes. But you can use it with other dishes as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Ounces Mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp White Wine Optional
  • 1/4 Cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Herbs Optional
  • Salt and Pepper As per taste

Method
 

  1. Saute the mushrooms in butter until soft and browned.
  2. Add garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and broth, simmer until thickened.
  4. Add herbs, salt, and pepper. Serve over salmon.
