Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp White Wine Optional
  • 1/4 Cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Herbs Optional
  • Salt and Pepper As per taste

Instructions

  • Saute the mushrooms in butter until soft and browned.
  • Add garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and broth, simmer until thickened.
  • Add herbs, salt, and pepper. Serve over salmon.
