- 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Optional
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring to a low simmer over medium heat.
Stir occasionally until sugar dissolves and garlic softens; about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly before using
Keep the sauce warm during cooking, or pour it into a spray bottle or mop container.
Apply to pork every 45–60 minutes during smoking, starting after the first hour.
