Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Optional
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a low simmer over medium heat.
  • Stir occasionally until sugar dissolves and garlic softens; about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly before using
  • Keep the sauce warm during cooking, or pour it into a spray bottle or mop container.
  • Apply to pork every 45–60 minutes during smoking, starting after the first hour.
