Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Aged Red Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Canola Oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Sodium Benzoate Optional
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic oil

Method
 

  1. Start by combining vinegar, cayenne pepper, and canola oil in a saucepan. Stir them well over a medium heat.
  2. Add salt, butter, sugar, garlic powder, lemon juice, and garlic oil. Stir them again.
  3. Sprinkle some xanthan gum and whisk the mixture until it becomes thick.
  4. To preserve the sauce for a long time, add sodium benzoate.
  5. Lastly, let the sauce cool down at room temperature. Then transfer it to a glass container and store it in the refrigerator.
