  • ΒΌ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt As Per Test
  • Black Pepper As Per Test

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the ketchup, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and chili powder
  2. Mixing the components thoroughly requires stirring
  3. After bringing the mixture to a simmer, turn down the heat
  4. Simmer the sauce slowly, stirring now and then, for ten to fifteen minutes, or until it slightly thickens
  5. After tasting the sauce, adjust the amount of salt and pepper to taste. As necessary, adjust the seasoning
  6. You can take the sauce off the heat as soon as its flavor and consistency are to your liking
  7. Before putting the sauce in a jar or other storage container, let it cool slightly
