- ¼ Cup Diced Onion
- ¼ Cup Minced Garlic
- 3 Cups Canned Tomato
- ½ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- ¼ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Basil
- ½ Teaspoon Brown Sugar
Put a saucepan on heat. Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil until translucent
Next, add in the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Smash the tomatoes with spatula. Simmer for 15 minutes, covered. Keep the heat medium and stir occasionally
When tomatoes are melted in the sauce and your desired consistency is reached, turn off the flame. Serve warm with your pasta or meatballs. Enjoy
