Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 3 Tbsp Palm or Brown Sugar
  • Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • Chili Flakes, Lime Juice, Soy Sauce, Shallots Optional

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small pot.
  2. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Taste and adjust for balance.
  4. Cool and store in a jar.
  5. Use in noodle dishes, stir-fries, or as a dip.
