Ingredients

  • 16 Ounce Package of Coleslaw Mix
  • 8 Green Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Head Fresh Broccoli
  • 2 Ounce Chicken Flavored Ramen Noodles
  • 1 Cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce

Instructions

  • Combine the coleslaw mix, broccoli, and green onions in a large bowl and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. In a bowl, combine ramen noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Sprinkle ramen seasoning packages on top. Cook and toss the noodles and nuts in the skillet for about 8 minutes, or until toasted.
  • Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and oil in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Close and give it a good shake to blend.
  • Stir together the noodles, slaw, and nuts right before serving. After pouring the dressing over everything, give it a little toss to coat.
