- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt Low Fat
- 1 Tbsp No-salt-added Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 TSp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Stevia or Monk Fruit Optional
- A Pinch Black Pepper
- 1-2 Tbsp Water To thin if needed
Mix Greek yogurt and tomato paste in a bowl until smooth.
Add vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Stir well, then mix in stevia or monk fruit if using.
Add water little by little to get proper consistency.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes, then serve or store.
