Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt Low Fat
  • 1 Tbsp No-salt-added Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 TSp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Stevia or Monk Fruit Optional
  • A Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1-2 Tbsp Water To thin if needed

Instructions

  • Mix Greek yogurt and tomato paste in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Stir well, then mix in stevia or monk fruit if using.
  • Add water little by little to get proper consistency.
  • Refrigerate for 5 minutes, then serve or store.
