Method
- Roughly chop the bell peppers, carrot, and chilies.
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, until softened.
- Blend until smooth, adding water if needed to adjust thickness.
- (Optional) Strain the sauce for a smooth texture.
- Cool and store in a glass jar. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
