- 1/4 Cup Peanut Powder
- 1 Tbsp Warm Almond Milk or Light Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Clove Garlic Grated
- 1 Tsp Fresh Ginger Grated
- 2 Tsp Stevia or Monk Fruit
- 1/2-1 Tsp Chili Flakes or Sriracha Optional
Add peanut powder, garlic, and ginger to a mixing bowl.
Pour in almond or coconut milk a little at a time, whisking constantly.
Add soy sauce, lime juice, sweetener, and chili if using.
Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust flavor.
Refrigerate before serving or store for later.
