Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Warm Almond Milk or Light Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Clove Garlic Grated
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Ginger Grated
  • 2 Tsp Stevia or Monk Fruit
  • 1/2-1 Tsp Chili Flakes or Sriracha Optional

Instructions

  • Add peanut powder, garlic, and ginger to a mixing bowl.
  • Pour in almond or coconut milk a little at a time, whisking constantly.
  •  Add soy sauce, lime juice, sweetener, and chili if using.
  • Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust flavor.
  • Refrigerate before serving or store for later.
