Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Warm Almond Milk or Light Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Clove Garlic Grated
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Ginger Grated
  • 2 Tsp Stevia or Monk Fruit
  • 1/2-1 Tsp Chili Flakes or Sriracha Optional

Method
 

  1. Add peanut powder, garlic, and ginger to a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in almond or coconut milk a little at a time, whisking constantly.
  3.  Add soy sauce, lime juice, sweetener, and chili if using.
  4. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust flavor.
  6. Refrigerate before serving or store for later.
