Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce Optional
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • A Pinch Salt Optional

Method
 

  1. Add hot sauce, water, and vinegar to a small saucepan.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce and optional salt if using.
  5. For a creamy version, stir in Greek yogurt or light butter.
  6. Cook for 1 more minute, then remove from the heat.
  7. Let cool slightly, then bottle and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
